I just made these.. sooo goood… LOVED THEM!

I literally make theese all the time, they are that good! Sometimes I add 1 tbsp of psyllium husk and they rise a little more :)

Reminding myself there is a huge difference here in 20 lb, so I will see a difference!
WOOOOWW for those of you that work in kilos and not pounds, that is only 9kgs! It really isn’t that much and there is such a huge difference!! :) I remember the first time I lost heaps of weight the WRONG way, I could barely see the difference even though everyone was telling me how thin I was and that I shouldn’t lose anymore weight. Pictures is definitely the way to go! :)
